Enter the email address you gave us. We send that address a one-time link, so only you can act on it. From the link you can stop our emails and texts, or delete the details we hold.
What deleting removes
- Your place on the mailing list and the text list, and any message you sent us.
- Any offer to volunteer.
Your address also goes on our do-not-email list, so it is not emailed again by mistake.
What we keep, and why
- Tickets you paid for: the booking and payment record, for the festival’s accounts and any refund.
- Vendor applications and accounts, and business records: removed by a person on request, because they are tied to arrangements for the festival.
