Posters, bag cards and social posts — three styles, one set of facts, one ticket code
Every date, price and address below was read from the festival’s own published facts on September 18, 2026: Saturday, November 7, 2026, 2 to 6 pm, Manchester Community Library, 138 Cemetery Avenue, Manchester Center. Tickets $20 early bird through Oct. 4 or the first hundred, $30 regular, $35 at the door. 21+, photo ID at the door.
Each piece says where the money goes, in the festival’s own words: profit from the wine goes to a local Vermont charity, and the guests choose which one by ballot on the day.
Every code goes to manchesterwinefestival.com/buy, which redirects to the ticket section. It is a redirect and not a page, so the destination can be repointed without reprinting anything — the day the booking window gets a real deep link, the cards already in customers’ bags will follow it.
If prices or dates change, these files do not change with them. They are flat files. Ask for a rebuild and they are regenerated from the site in a minute.
The press release for newspapers and radio, and an easy page for local businesses to help spread the word. Send people the links; everything they need is on the pages.

For friends and local businesses: print a flyer or postcards, post on social, email their customers, send a text, ask us to drop off cards, or add a link to their website.

Ready-to-paste text for Google, the Facebook event, community calendars, the press email and the note asking friends to help.

Date, events, the charity vote and the ticket code in tiles. No prices, so it stays right after the early bird ends.

The same card at 4.25 × 5.5 in. One cut across and one down, on the dotted lines.

The file to send the printer: 6.25 × 4.25 in with 1/8 in bleed on every side, page 1 the front, page 2 the back. Text and QR codes are vector, fonts embedded.
The brand’s two faces set spare: one accent, one hairline, no boxes and no reversed panels, with most of the sheet left as air. The cheapest of the three to print and the easiest to read across a counter.

The same edition the landing page is set as: cream paper, Newsreader and Libre Franklin, the folio, the nameplate and the spot red. Cheap to print, because the ground is the paper itself.

The first set: Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans, gold and burgundy on a dark ground. It reads further across a room than the newspaper does, and it costs considerably more ink.

That last tick is the whole job on the cellar set: without it the dark ground and the burgundy panel do not print, and the page comes out as bare text on white. The PDFs already have it baked in.
